John works with all levels of players, technically and tactically, but his specialty is fine tuning a person’s form and technique. John draws on 35+ years of teaching experience to help players achieve their goals through private and group lessons, and occasional clinics too.
John, a seasoned racket sports enthusiast, excelled as his university's #1 tennis player and has coached at collegiate and high school levels. Since 2019, he has focused on pickleball, and has been a certified and licensed professional with the Professional Pickleball Registry since 2023, and was voted as the top pickleball coach in 2024 for teaching beginners in the Austin Pickleball Update online magazine.
